Summary of the role:
Actively contributing in achieving the accounting/ finance department’s objectives by executing and solving related daily tasks with a strong attention to details and by respecting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Preparing weekly reporting on FX/ loan/ AR/CMA positions.
- Following up on Nestle discounted receivables.
- Monitoring and managing foreign exchange exposure (VND mostly).
- Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording and alignment across the entities.
- Coordinating with related entities to resolve IC discrepancies and supporting the Team in monthly closing/balance sheet reviews.
- Working closely with Trading/ Factory/ Logistics teams to speed up monthly closing.
- Other tasks (if needed).
مؤهلات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a major in accounting
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Good English communication
- Experience in a public accounting and a commodity trading company is preferable but not required
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Excel, PBI, Pivot table, and Accounting software.
