• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 5-7 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master 
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile / Lean practices
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
