Job Description
Part-Time Pre‑Contract Admin Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fully remote position, offering excellent flexibility and full training. You will play a key role in supporting the Pre‑Contract team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, quantification work, and tender compilation.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Pre‑Contract team
• Assist with quantification tasks and tender documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of data quality
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth workflow
• Manage your workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Essential Skills & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
