Job Description
The successful applicant will work full time as part of a busy skilled admin team. Providing a wide range of clerical support, typing and management.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, confident and adaptable individuals with good written and verbal communication skills, and a typing training qualification. Excellent telephone manner, administration experience, accurate keyboard and typing skills essential. Good health and self-motivation are paramount as is the need for maturity, intelligence. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
Main Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Answering emails and responding to customer enquiries
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Preparing invoices
- Organising paperwork and filing
- General administrative duties
- Providing support to the wider office team as required

- Confident answering the telephone and communicating with customers
- Comfortable using computers and general office software
