We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, planning, and overseeing infrastructure projects that shape our built environment. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging your technical expertise and innovative thinking to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability

Job Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or project management
• Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent certification in your jurisdiction
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations applicable to the region
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a specialized engineering discipline
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects or with international organizations
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced structural analysis software
• Experience in sustainable design practices and green building certifications
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Knowledge of local Lebanese construction standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineering staff
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
