Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Beach-Operation Manager to join our luxury beachfront property in Doha, Qatar. As the Beach-Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

  • Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special events
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with specific experience in beach operations management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent operational planning and execution skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and water activities
  • Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and property management systems
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends in beach resort operations
  • Familiarity with local tourism regulations and standards in Qatar
  • Understanding of local culture and customs is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
