About this Position
We are seeking a strong, mission-driven leader to oversee affordable housing operations. You will supervise site teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster safe, welcoming communities. This role involves working directly with residents and partners to promote housing stability while managing property operations and performance.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise Assistant Community Managers and Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee compliance tasks, including re-certifications and MOR/TCAC reviews
• Collect rent, manage petty cash, and prepare bank deposits
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance workflows
• Support hiring, performance reviews, and staff development on site
Job Skills/Requirements
• 3+ years of residential property management experience, including affordable housing
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• COS or TCS certification, or willingness to certify within 6 months
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD, and TCAC regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage property software

• Must be able to travel locally between properties if needed

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25– $35/hour
