Senior People Business Partner

This is an onsite opportunity in Scottsdale, AZ.

 

About this Position
Join a dynamic team as a Senior People Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping organizational success. You’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders to drive talent, performance, and culture initiatives—all while bridging global strategies with local impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager support—handling relations, coaching, and performance guidance.

  • Partner with regional leaders on talent planning, workforce development, and improving organizational effectiveness.

  • Help design and roll out employee experience initiatives at key lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Localize global HR programs to meet regional needs, in coordination with COEs and leadership.

  • Ensure regional HR policies align with labor laws and best practices, and work with COEs on talent acquisition, compensation, and DEI strategies.

Job Skills/Requirements

  • Proven track record with 7+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, and strategic partnership.

  • Experience guiding leadership on both operational and strategic HR matters.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HR industry standards.

  • Relationship-builder with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Data-minded, using HR metrics to inform regional strategy and change support.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $50 to $55/hour
