Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
- Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and market expectations
- Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
- Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions, ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
- Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost, performance, design for manufacturability (DFM), and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
- Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect, professional accountability, constructive feedback mechanisms, and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments
