About this Position:
This is a 12-month apprenticeship with a global professional services company specializing in consulting, technology, and outsourcing. The organization helps businesses and governments worldwide build digital cores, optimize operations, and accelerate growth. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team and learn to serve as a liaison between Provider Enrollment and IT teams. You’ll gain exposure to managing project requirements, supporting issue resolution, maintaining enrollment data, and recommending process improvements in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Learn to support project planning, requirements gathering, and post-implementation activities.
• Research and document issues, providing detailed findings and solutions to leadership.
• Learn to respond to inquiries regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA requirements.

Job Skills/Requirements:
• 6 months–1 year of exposure in a professional work setting (internships, volunteer roles, part-time positions, or entry-level office experience all qualify).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with healthcare providers and healthcare terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on daily production needs.

Pay Range:
• Pay Range: $19-20/hour
