Job Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) will play a vital role in reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our documentation, which is critical to the success of our process servers teams. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, located anywhere in the United States. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose the schedule that best suits your needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues and improve our overall quality and efficiency.
• Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
